Tyre Management

We follow a 5 step procedure to provide superior tyre management. Our expert technicians carry out a thorough analysis, after which the tyres are buffed with accuracy and precision. The damaged surfaces are treated with the utmost care and a suitable tread is built and built tyres are enveloped to be cured ultimately.

Retreading

Retreading tyres allows each tyre to live 15% longer. This means more mileage with each drive, less often tyre replacement and overall lower operational cost. Retread Tyres are made to the standard of new Tyres to provide you with the same efficiency at a lower price.

Eco-Friendly

With retreading you save around 20 litres of crude oil reducing the CO2 emissions. Moreover, when the existing tyres are made ready for further use, we save landfill space. Thus, reducing the carbon footprint.

It is estimated that to make a new tyre, around 22 gallons of oil is needed whereas a retread tyre requires only 7 gallons of oil, so on an average, a fleet which needs 50 tyres every year can save around 750 gallons of oil a year
